Location: Caledonia Park, Gretna DG16

Salary: Competitive DOE, + Benefits

We are now seeking an experienced Retail Store Keyholder to join our team at Caledonia Park, Gretna.

In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the store's sales and profitability while providing leadership and support to the Retail Sales Assistants.

As our Retail Store Keyholder, you will also be responsible for:

• Demonstrate strong personal sales ability, leading by example to drive conversion and exceed store targets.
• Assist in supervising Retail Sales Assistants to ensure prompt and efficient customer service.
• Oversee sales and inventory levels, ensuring effective stock management and consistent availability.
