The job
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. Part-time to 30 hours per week as part of the Retail team. You will play a vital role in the store’s success, working with customers to understand their needs and advise on high-value purchases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide exceptional service to make customers feel at home, listening to needs and guiding them to suitable products
- Be on hand throughout the in-store journey, from greeting customers to understanding their sleep preferences
- Becoming a Sleepmatch Master, usingSleepmatch technology to help customers choose the right mattress
- Help maintain store appearance through housekeeping and updating displays
