Retail Sales Advisor – 24hrs – Milton Keynes

Warren James is looking for a Retail Sales Advisor who loves wearing and promoting our jewellery, with a desire to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

Warren James creates a delightful in‑store shopping experience with face‑to‑face customer service delivered by friendly, knowledgeable teams. We pride ourselves on keeping the high street alive, and we are a nationwide trusted high street retailer with over 200 shops and an online presence.

Role Overview
  • Work within Warren James policies and procedures to maximise sales and customer numbers.
  • Create a welcoming environment with great one‑to‑one customer experiences.
  • Perform day‑to‑day responsibilities, including managing visual jewellery displays.
  • Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery.
  • Set a good example in everything you do.
Essential Skills
  • Passion for jewellery and customer service.
  • Smart, well‑groomed appearance reflecting our public image.
  • Ability to work independently and under initiative.
  • Team‑player who follows management instructions.
  • Attention to detail in all tasks.

Jewellery knowledge isn’t required as training is provided.
