About the role: The People Partner EMEA will act as the first point of contact for Regional Sales Managers across our domestic and Travel Retail markets, supporting all people-related matters and driving the execution of our People Plan. You will manage two People Advisors and collaborate closely with our Centres of Excellence (Reward, People Services, Payroll) and broader people team on cross-functional people projects to deliver seamless HR support. You will also provide strategic guidance, advice and support on complex or cross-market issues across Europe, with particular focus in Southern EMEA (Spain, Italy, Turkey, Portugal, France), and contribute to key projects that enhance our employee experience. Please note, the role will be based at our Global Head Office in central London, although travel across Europe will be required.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Regional and Field Management teams across EMEA, providing strategic support on people matters. Coach and develop the management teams to help them become the best and most inspiring leaders.
  • Partner, mentor and guide the People Advisors to ensure consistent delivery of operational HR support across all markets.
  • Provide guidance on complex or cross-market people matters assessing risk and compliance issues and escalating where appropriate
  • Collaborate with Centres of Excellence to ensure alignment and compliance across Reward, Payroll and People Services
  • Lead and contribute to cross-functional people projects that drive engagement, performance and cultural impact. Work closely with the Senior People Partner and Head of People Partnering Retail on key projects and initiatives, specifically but not limited to New Distribution, commercial contract review and EMEA legislative and governance processes
  • Actively identify gaps or development areas in People policies, processes and ways of working, proposing and implementing changes necessary to cover risks and improve efficiencies
  • Support annual people processes including performance reviews, succession planning, and engagement surveys and work in collaboration with your retail stakeholders to proactively drive actions and improvements.
  • Coach, motivate and develop People Advisors, fostering autonomy and capability in managing employee relations matters and operational efficiencies.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the People Team is viewed as a key business partner.
  • Champion the Charlotte Tilbury culture across all markets, acting as a cultural ambassador.
  • Be the expert on the market employment law and guide the business through compliance and best practices.
Ways of Working & Collaboration
  • Reporting to the Senior People Partner EMEA with management responsibility of the Retail People Advisors EMEA.
  • Acts as the first point of contact for Regional Sales Managers, with Advisors supporting Field Sales Managers across all EMEA markets.
  • Provides strategic guidance and support on complex or cross-market people matters across Europe, particularly in Southern EMEA (Spain, Italy, Turkey, Portugal, France).
  • Partners with Advisors on escalated cases where additional regional insight, stakeholder management, or cross-functional coordination is required.
  • Supports the development and capability of Advisors through coaching and collaboration
  • Collaborates with Centres of Excellence (Reward, Payroll, People Services) to ensure consistent and compliant delivery of people processes across the region.
  • Experience at HRBP level within a retail business preferred
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA employment law and practical experience across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Spanish or French language skills preferred.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to travel occasionally across EMEA markets.
  • Highly organized, collaborative and proactive with a positive 'can-do' attitude.
  • Able to influence and communicate your own point of view
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable interest in working within the beauty or retail industry.
