Nike Leeds Trinity is looking for the next Fixed Term Part‑Time (30 hours) Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world‑class service to the consumer.

What you bring
  • Using your expertise in the field of exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to serve and deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
  • Assisting our retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
  • Supporting various store departments (e.g., operating the cash register, managing inventory, refilling products on the shopfloor, building visual displays) and recommending appropriate products to reach sales targets.
  • Using your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
  • Informing consumers and new teammates about the NIKE products and services.
  • Improving your own knowledge via our tools and training courses to stay up to date and to seek more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.
