Responsibilities

• Daily support in the shop – receiving and putting out deliveries, restocking goods and ensuring attractive displays of merchandise.
• Escort prisoners to and from the shop.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Perform in‑house system work.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
• Stock‑take, order stock and notify line manager of any deficient goods.
• Maintain health and safety awareness.
• Become key‑trained and radio‑trained.
• Support the Manager in absence.

Qualifications

• Resided in the UK for the past 5 years and hold a legal right to work in the UK.
• Pass full security vetting and DBS checks.
• Previous customer‑service experience desirable; full on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Comfortable working alongside a team and occasionally lone.

Job Details

Permanent 16‑hour shift – Saturday and Sunday 08:00–16:00. Pay rate: £13.00 per hour.
