SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport is hiring a Restoration Project Manager! As the Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects based on estimates and approvals. QC all on going jobs daily.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects.
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Work in conjunction with estimators to ensure scope comprehension among production staff.
• Daily monitoring of job specific digital data entry.
• Monitor production labor progress and percentages in relation to job budget.

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Participate in positive culture building within the production department
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Position Requirements
