This role involves overseeing technicians, coordinating job site operations, and maintaining clear communication with clients and insurance representatives. Success in this position demands excellent leadership, technical expertise, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Relevant Certifications: Possession of certifications such as IICRC in Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, or Mold Remediation to highlight expertise and dedication to the profession.
• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to interact professionally with clients, team members, insurance adjusters, and other key stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in using restoration tools and technology, such as moisture meters, dehumidifiers, and project management/documentation software, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Compensation

Compensation: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
