A leading gardening and restaurant service provider is looking for Restaurant Team Members to enhance the dining experience for customers at the Rugby Garden Centre. The role requires a flexible approach, with part-time hours including weekends. Applicants should have experience in a fast-paced food setting and be friendly, confident, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Key duties involve serving food, maintaining hygiene standards, and providing excellent customer service. Positions start in advance of the holiday period.

We have a great opportunity for Restaurant Team Members to join our friendly Restaurant, bringing our food and restaurant to life for guests to remember. Must be fully flexible, as hours involve weekend work.
May be required to use a computerised tilling system. Will also involve usual jobs associated with working in a busy restaurant. Must be friendly & confident for this customer‑facing role. Be able to work on your own initiative & as part of a team, adapt to the demands & speed of the business at peak trading. This role is for the run‑up to Xmas.
Experience in a fast‑paced food business or coffee shop setting.
