Part time 29.6 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time)

£24,221 - £28,976 per annum (£17,094 - £20,449 per annum pro rata)

We are seeking a Debut Supervisor specialising in food and customer service to support our growing team. This team plays a vital role in training and guiding students across a diverse range of professional and technical qualifications within our dynamic hospitality and catering pathway.

Responsibilities
  • Train and develop learners’ skills to meet and exceed awarding body requirements.
  • Demonstrate an up-to-date understanding of employer needs and skills gaps.
  • Inspire students with an enthusiastic and professional approach to work.
  • Supervise the daily operation of our training café or Debut restaurant leading a small group of students in producing and serving a variety of meals for lunch service.
  • Prepare learners for real working environments by delivering customer-focused training.
  • Adapt training to meet customer expectations, industry standards, and awarding body guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience

Applicants are not required to hold a teaching qualification or prior teaching experience. We welcome highly skilled practitioners from the hospitality and catering industry who bring practical expertise and a passion for sharing knowledge.
