As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead your team in delivering KFC’s world-famous fried chicken and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you will be doing

• Ensure that the KFC unit achieves, as a minimum, the financial targets agreed budget and P&L
• Support and develop your team, ensuring that each colleague feels valued, supported, and able to grow both personally and professionally
• Adhere to and ensure delivery of brand standards
• Drive consistent high quality customer service and sales
• Lead shifts including opening and closing the unit

What Skills & Knowledge you’ll need

• A proven track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail, or catering brand environment
• Experience working to and delivering against budgets, P&L, labour costs and ratios and cost saving initiatives
• Ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
• Experience mentoring, training, and succession planning to improve team performance
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
