Restaurant Manager (Temporary, 5 weeks)

We are seeking a temporary Restaurant Manager to oversee operations at a restaurant located within an FE College in Hampshire. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage all aspects of the restaurant efficiently during the 5-week period.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during all operating hours.
  • Handle any issues that arise during shifts promptly and professionally.
