Job summary

A premier dining establishment is seeking a Restaurant Captain to oversee dining service in a signature restaurant. Responsibilities include providing immersive dining experiences, mentoring staff, and ensuring high service standards. The ideal candidate must hold a high school diploma and have strong leadership skills along with knowledge of food and beverage services. This is a full-time, hourly position located at a scenic venue in England, offering an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to push, pull and lift 50 lbs.
• Available to work weekends, evenings and/or holidays.
• Must be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide an immersive dining experience for guests.
• Communicate orders and coordinate food and beverage timings.
• Conduct tableside cooking and training presentations.
• Mentor and train new staff.
• Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times.
