Job Title: Restaurant Manager – 5 Star London Hotel

Salary: Up to £45,000 + service charge

Location: London

Do you have fine dining experience and would like to work in a 5* hotel in London? We are looking for a talented, well-organised individual who has a passion for fine dining and F&B. As Restaurant & Bar Manager you will manage and develop the F&B team to deliver the highest level of service. My client is looking for someone who has a background in fine dining and luxury hotels or restaurants.

About the position

• Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high

The successful candidate

• Previous experience working in a 5* hotel or restaurant
• Fine dining experience is a must
