📍 Garsington Opera, Wormsley Estate, Stokenchurch, High Wycombe HP14 3YE

Constellation Platinum is seeking experienced Restaurant Managers to lead front‑of‑house teams during the prestigious Garsington Opera summer season.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead, Guide and coach FOH teams throughout service
  • Deliver briefings and ensure service excellence
  • Liaise with chefs, BOH teams, and senior management
  • Control service flow, timing, and guest journey
  • Uphold exceptional fine‑dining standards with meticulous attention to detail
