Responsibilities as the Restaurant and Bar Manager…
  • Coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that the kitchen, bar and waiting staff are working to the very best standard
  • Taking responsibility for the performance of the restaurant and bar
  • Helping shape menu offerings, culinary events and wine list
  • Ensuring high levels of services are consistently delivered in the most efficient way
  • Encouraging excellence within the restaurant team and monitoring their performance
