Due to expansion within the team, we are looking for a specialist recruiter in our Operations team specialising in Technicians across all levels. As a Resourcing Business Partner in the UK's largest Water company, Thames Water, you'll be embedded into the company's vision and culture and build relationships across the organisation. Please note this role requires you to be working onsite a minimum of 2 or more days a week to collaborate with your team and stakeholders across sites. You will also support when needed with careers fairs and talent events. You may also be required onsite for your initial training period.
