The Resourcer is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and pipelining top operational talent across all divisions of the organisation. This role plays a vital part in supporting the recruitment team by building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on high-volume and business-critical operational roles. Ad hoc admin for the Recruitment Team will also be required.

More about the role :
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates for operational roles using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, CV databases, and networking.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain talent pipelines for key operational functions across all business divisions.
  • Market Mapping: Conduct research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates and understand market trends.
  • Candidate Engagement: Initiate contact with passive candidates, conduct in-depth initial screening conversations, and maintain ongoing communication to keep them engaged.
  • ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sourcing activity, pipeline health, and market insights.
  • Brand Representation: Represent the organisation professionally and positively to all potential candidates.
  • Admin support when required for Recruitment Business Partners
About you :
  • Strong experience in sourcing or recruitment, ideally with a focus on operational or high-volume roles from either an agency or internal role.
  • Skilled in using sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
