A local authority in England is seeking a Residential Youth Practitioner to support young people transitioning to independent living. Responsibilities include providing high-quality care and support, working within a team, and maintaining health and safety standards. The Move On Homes service has a full time and part time position at Maytree House in Didcot and a full time position in Moorland House Witney.
The Move On Service provides intensivesupportedhousing accommodation for young people aged 16 to 18 years who are in the care of the local authority, working to createindividualplans for those requiring additionalsupportfor their transition towardsindependentliving.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated and experienced residential youth practitioners who are dedicated to supporting young people to live their best lives and achieve positive outcomes.
