Responsibilities

• Assist the Technical Manager in Development Programme preparation.
• Manage and drive external Consultants in preparations and approvals.
• Attend site progress meetings and carry out inspections.
• Review and produce development costs schedules.
• Liaise between internal and external parties.
• Respond to site queries and resolve technical issues.
• Review value engineering and enhance show home delivery.
