A local government council in the UK seeks a Residential Team Leader for Children's Homes to lead shifts, support children with complex needs, and create a positive living environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and experience in a similar role. Our Childrens Homes are registered with Ofsted and provide support for children and young people with complex needs, ensuring their line individual care plans and needs are met.
The ethos of the service is to provide children with a home-from-home experience and enhance and promote their life experiencesand independence.You\'ll also be helping them to prepare for the next stage of their life.

Pay and enhancements: 37 hours per week plus enhancements (up to £4,000 per year)
We work on a 3 shift per 24 hours basis (AM/PM/Nights or sleep ins) and our homes are open up to 365 days a year.
