A children's support service in Okehampton is seeking dedicated individuals for a full-time role supporting children and young people with complex needs. Responsibilities include supervising shifts, assisting children with daily tasks and creating a supportive environment. This is an opportunity to have a positive impact on their lives. Competitive pay starts at £15.82 per hour, and extensive training is provided. Flexible working arrangements are considered.

Our Children’s Homes are registered with Ofsted and provide support for children and young people with complex needs, ensuring their line individual care plans and needs are met.
The ethos of the service is to provide children with a home-from-home experience and enhance and promote their life experiencesand independence. You’ll also be helping them to prepare for the next stage of their life.
If you have the above qualities but may not have all the practical skills yet, we will support you through training and development in line with your personal development plan and actively promote succession planning.

We work on a 3 shift per 24 hours basis (AM/PM/Nights or sleep ins) and our homes are open up to 365 days a year.
