AssocRICS / MRICS Remote working Building Surveyor X3 - All locations in London & Home Counties considered - Up to 90,000 depending on experience and track record.

My client are a mid‑sized independent Building Surveying firm who focus on quality over quantity work (average fee around £1150 plus VAT for L3's in London), predominantly covering London and surrounding areas. They have an office in central London which you are welcome to use but for the most part, it is remote / hybrid working.

Friendly & relaxed management, non‑political, mature environment where they're happy to support and train individuals as required. They have a low staff turnover due to a strong, collegiate and autonomous working environment well supported with administration and IT systems and ultimately strong earnings potential.

Likely offering:

• Salary – Up to £90,000 depending on experience and track record, agency approx.
• Potential for bonus scheme, to be discussed;
• No additional car allowance – this will be included in the basic salary to take this into account

Further details:

• Dynamic team with a good sociable and client–facing environment.
• Mix of work to suit – depending on skill set you could be involved in L2/L3 Surveying work only, or if you have wider experience building surveys, expert witness, dilapidations and defect reports.
• High fee basis, average fee for a building survey is £1,150+VAT (London).
• One building survey a day only typically.
