The role :

• Conduct residential (and optional commercial) property inspections in line with RICS standards.
• Prepare accurate, detailed reports, building surveys, condition reports, and valuations.
• Provide expert advice on repairs, maintenance, and building regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, codes of practice, and RICS regulations.
