Job summary

A care provider for young adults is seeking a Residential Support Worker to assist in a 12-bed service. The role involves caring for young adults aged 18-65 with severe learning disabilities and complex health needs. Responsibilities include providing a safe environment, promoting independence, and supporting with daily living activities. Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a residential setting.
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Care Plans.
