A prominent care provider in Accrington is seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker for their Park View Children’s Home. In this role, you will support young people with daily activities, help manage their challenging behaviours, and ensure a nurturing environment. Hours: 40.5 hours per week (Guaranteed contracted hours, primarily covering gaps in the rota due to planned leave and staff training)
Salary: £26,350 - £30,050 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Annual Leave Entitlement: 243 hours
Rota: Working on a 1 on / 2 off shift pattern from 10am - 10:30pm followed by a sleep in / 8am - 10:30am with no sleep in

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team at Park View Children’s Home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and working alongside an experienced, skilled team of professionals. You will help provide essential support to young people in care, assisting them with daily activities, appointments, and behavioural management, all while creating a positive and nurturing home environment. You will be joining a large team of dedicated and committed staff who support children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), learning disabilities (LD), and complex needs.
