Qualifications

  • Experience in SEBD challenging behaviour or complex needs, not elderly care.
  • Willingness to work towards required qualifications.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is desirable.

Salary & Working Hours

13.50 per hour

Contract Options
  • 36 hours per week
  • 48 hours per week
Sleep-ins

6 to 8 sleeps per month paid at 52 per sleep

Potential Earnings

Up to 38688 per year

Desirable Qualifications & Experience
  • Level 3 NVQ / Diploma in Residential Childcare Social / Childrens Care or Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
  • Experience in SEBD challenging behaviour or complex needs (not elderly care)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (desirable but not essential)
Essential Requirements
  • Fluent in English – Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum Age – 22 due to childrens workforce regulations
