Qualifications

• Experience working in a face-to-face sales environment.
• Experience as a Sales Advisor for a residential house builder is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the site presentation and sales complex are maintained to a high standard.
• Provide full and accurate information to purchasers.
• Guide potential purchasers around show homes.
• Maintain accurate records using the in-house CRM system.
• Liaise regularly with purchasers, solicitors and financial advisers.
