A reputable law firm in Swindon is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Associate. The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing, including Freehold/Leasehold transactions, Transfers of Equity, and new builds. Candidates should ideally have 2-4 years PQE and be committed to delivering high levels of client care and communication. The firm prides itself on its supportive team environment and excellent client relationships.

TSR Legal are working with a highly successful full service firm with offices in Swindon who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Associate

The Role & Responsibilities:

• Managing and running a full caseload ( Non Panel Work)
• Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include: Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchases; Transfers of Equity; re-mortgages; new builds; buy to let.
• Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.

Requirements

• Preferably 2-4 years PQE
• Be able to handle their own caseload
• Have a strong technical proficiency
• Be committed to high levels of client care and communication
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
• Be a strong team player
