The Role

• Handle a broad mix of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, leasehold/freehold transactions, and transfers of equity.

• Build long-term relationships with clients, delivering clear, practical advice and an excellent service.

About You

• Qualified Residential Property Lawyer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive) with 3+ years' PQE.
• Confident managing your own caseload, including more complex transactions.
• Strong communicator with excellent client care and relationship-building skills.
• Motivated and professional, with a proactive approach to delivering results.
