The firm's Bexleyheath office is now looking for a Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer to join its respected conveyancing team. You'll work alongside experienced colleagues and a Head of Department who has been with the firm for nearly 20 years, someone who leads with both expertise and approachability.

The Role

You'll handle a broad range of residential property transactions, including:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • (Desirable) New build and shared ownership matters
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting searches, and ensuring smooth completions
  • Liaising with clients and third parties while maintaining the firm's strong reputation for service and professionalism

The team is well structured, with systems and support in place so you can focus on delivering a quality service rather than fighting admin fires.

About You
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
  • At least 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing
  • Calm, organised, and methodical under pressure
  • Strong communicator with a client-first approach
  • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative, long-standing team
