Weekend Residential Officer

Part time opportunity, ideal for supplementing your full time role or seeking flexible weekend work.

We re seeking a reliable and engaging individual to join a highly rated college residential team. You will work Saturday and Sunday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, supporting and supervising students living in college residences.

You will
  • Support and supervise students in the college residences, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.
  • Supervise a programme of social and sporting activities during evenings and weekends, encouraging student participation and engagement.
  • Monitor the condition and care of student residential, sporting, and social accommodation, reporting any concerns or maintenance needs.
  • Patrol the college campus and accommodation buildings, working effectively with the college security personnel to maintain a safe environment.
  • Maintain acceptable standards of student behaviour outside the normal timetabled day, promoting a respectful and inclusive community.
What s on offer?
  • Weekend work: Saturday & Sunday, 9.00 am 6.00 pm.
  • Hourly rate: £13.74 per hour.
  • Annual leave entitlement: 33 days per year (pro rata for part time).
  • Pension: 20% employer pension contribution in line with sector norms.
