Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks, civils, or external works.
• Ability to manage multiple live projects effectively.
• Proven track record of commercial and financial skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects of residential developments.
• Prepare budgets, BOQs, and cost plans.
• Conduct valuations and manage commercial relationships.

Skills

Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks

Strong understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts

Solid commercial and financial management skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

Education

Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field (Degree/HND preferred)
