Qualifications

• Experience undertaking fire risk assessment work on High Rise Buildings is essential.
• Knowledge of The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 is necessary.
• LaCORS experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections to various property types including high-rise buildings.
• Write reports based on inspections for management teams.
• Ensure safety compliance in residential developments.
