• Experience in fire risk assessments of high-rise buildings is essential.
• Experience with Health and Safety and Type 1 and Type 3 Fire Risk Assessments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of various residential property types.
• Prepare detailed risk assessment reports for property managers.
• Ensure safe environments by initiating repairs based on findings.
