The Role

• Oversee a broad caseload of sales, purchases and complex residential transactions from start to finish
• Build and grow the conveyancing practice in the Swindon market through networking, referrals and strategic business development
• Deliver high quality, tailored legal advice while building lasting client relationships
• Mentor and guide junior residential property lawyers, helping to shape their development and strengthen the team

About You

• Many years PQE and experience in residential property law
• A strong track record of managing your own residential property caseload
• Confidence in generating work, building networks and contributing to growth strategies
• A collaborative, approachable leadership style
