Residential Conveyancing Lawyer - Newton Abbot, Devon

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer considering your options? We have an opportunity to join a well-established, multi-office firm renowned for its strong presence in the Devon property market.

Due to continued success and excellent relationships with local agents and loyal clients, the Residential Property team is busier than ever. As a result, they are looking for a motivated and skilled conveyancer to become part of their dynamic team in their Newton Abbot office.

In this role, you will manage a diverse range of residential property transactions from instruction to post completion. Your responsibilities will include handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity, ensuring a seamless process for clients.

To be considered you will be Solicitor, FCILEx qualified, or licensed conveyancer with a minimum of 1 years PQE and will bring solid experience in residential conveyancing, demonstrating the ability to work both collaboratively within a team and independently.
