Residential Conveyancing Lawyer (8+ years')
A respected and growing Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing lawyer to join its team as a Senior Associate, Legal Director, or Partner. This is a key leadership position offering a mix of high-quality client work, team supervision and the opportunity to shape the direction of a busy and well-regarded department.

The Opportunity
This client-facing role is ideally suited to a senior conveyancer with experience handling complex transactions, high-value residential property matters and supporting junior team members. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and be involved in departmental growth and strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Handle a varied and high-quality residential caseload including sales, purchases, and remortgages
  • Manage complex transactions and act for high-net-worth clients
  • Supervise and support other conveyancers within the team
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain high service standards
  • Contribute to the department’s growth through business development and networking
  • Stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments
