The Opportunity

• Manage residential conveyancing files including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
• Supervise, guide, and mentor junior colleagues, supporting their development and career growth
• Ensure smooth client journeys, maintaining regular communication and exceptional service
• Monitor billing, time recording, and compliance to meet financial targets
• Drive business development initiatives and strengthen client and referrer relationships
• Ensure compliance with SRA and regulatory standards
• Contribute to training initiatives and departmental strategy

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent
• Proven track record handling residential conveyancing from instruction to completion
• Experience in supervising or mentoring colleagues in a conveyancing environment
