THE ROLE

A leading firm in Newcastle on Tyne is excited to offer a new opportunity within its conveyancing team. The firm is looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancer for its Newcastle office who can fit into their experienced team, ensure a smooth file transition, and manage their conveyancing caseload independently. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring excellent client service throughout.

THE CANDIDATE

A successful candidate is required to have experience with sales, purchases, transfers, new build purchases, buy-to-let, freehold, leasehold, lease extensions, shared ownership, help‑to‑buy schemes, ISAs, remortgage and panel work. Ideally, they will have experience of company mortgages, equity release, title advice, and rectification. They should also have experience liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors, whilst maintaining strong communication and building long‑lasting client relationships. Strong organisation, proactivity, and professionalism are ideal traits.
