Residential Conveyancer
Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £35,000-£50,000
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the Opportunity:
CRA Consulting is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded regional firm with an exceptional reputation for delivering pragmatic, tailored legal advice. Recognised across Yorkshire for its client-first approach and award-winning service, this firm is now expanding its growing residential property team, with a fantastic opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancer to join their Huddersfield office.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will join an established and successful team and will see you managing a varied caseload covering sale, purchase,
transfer of equity, remortgages, freehold and deeds of variation as well as seeing you conduct checks and searches, draft contracts, transfers, bills and statements.

About You:

  • Strong technical knowledge within residential conveyancing
  • Confident managing your own caseload independently
  • Experience in coaching, mentoring, or supervising junior colleagues would be preferred but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Client-focused approach with commercial awareness
  • Ambitious, driven, and team-oriented
