Residential Conveyancer, 1+ years’ experience, West Midlands. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join our expanding property department. Whether you're a solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer, if you’re confident managing your own caseload and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. 1. Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 year’s experience.
2. You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
3. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
4. Maintain high levels of client care and compliance throughout the process.
5. Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within a team are essential.
