RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 1+ PQE, BIRMINGHAM, SALARY UP TO £35-50,000 (DOE). An excellent opportunity to join the supportive residential property team at a leading regional law firm, renowned for its high-quality legal services and client-focused approach. JOB REF: 215301940

  • We are accepting applications from Qualified Solicitors and Licensed Conveyancers. The successful candidate will handle a variety of conveyancing matters, advising a diverse client base on complex and challenging situations.
  • We seek candidates with excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations, with the ability to manage cases efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and overseeing a caseload is required. The role covers freehold and leasehold matters, as well as shared ownership transactions, with a commercial focus on delivering fees in line with targets.
  • Develop close relationships with clients and key contacts, offering legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to interact with clients and stakeholders and provide exceptional client care.
