You will handle a varied caseload‑freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity, landlord and tenant work, property funding, management advice, and more complex transactions supported by senior lawyers who encourage autonomy and client contact from the outset.

The work is high-quality, with instructions from longstanding clients and premium estate agents.
