Residential Care Worker / Senior Residential Care Worker

Nr South Molton, Devon

  • Full time (two full days & nights, then have four days off!)
  • Permanent position
  • £24,500 - £29,000 depending on experience

About the Role:

As a Residential (or Senior) Care Worker, you'll play a crucial role in supporting children and young people who have experienced trauma. Your dedication will help improve outcomes for these individuals, ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

We are looking for colleagues who are:
  • Experienced working with children and young people
  • Level 3 qualified in residential care or willing to work towards the qualification
  • Motivated to support children & young people who have suffered trauma
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
  • Looking for a role with a caring and supportive company who place the child at the centre of everything we do
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
