Overview

RESIDENTIAL AV Project Manager - This new role is seeking an experienced av project manager that has an understanding of the design process and who now wants to work with a small succesful custom installation integrator. You will take the initial system design brief from the cradle to the grave. An understanding of AV Systems gained from the high-end residential sector is an absolute must along with the delivery on time and on budget of £250k+ projects that can last anything up to 2 years is ideal. You will have exceptional eye for detail and be a full team player Good with projecting reporting, understanding timescales and dealing with programme changes and how this effects costs.

Responsibilities

• Take the initial system design brief from cradle to grave.
• Deliver AV projects on time and on budget (typical £250k+ projects, up to 2 years).
• Maintain project schedules, reporting, and manage programme changes and cost impacts.
• Collaborate with end users (UHNWI), interiors designers, M&E contractors, and design consultancies.
• Demonstrate a strong eye for detail and be a full team player.
• Apply knowledge of Crestron, Lutron, CONTROL4, high-end audio, and related switching/networking kit.
