Resident Services Assistant - Brighton - £29,350 + 10% Discretionary Bonus
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £29,350 + 10% discretionary bonus
Working Hours: Morning shift: 8:00am – 4:30pm; Afternoon shift: 11:30am – 8:00pm; Rota-based, including 2 weekends per month
We’re representing a forward-thinking Build to Rent operator seeking a Resident Services Assistant to join their vibrant Brighton scheme of 229 apartments. This is a customer-facing, community driven role ideal for someone with strong service skills and a passion for creating great resident experiences.
You’ll be the heartbeat of the development—handling lettings, property management support, and social media engagement. While prior BTR experience is a bonus, it’s not essential. If you’re teachable, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.
