Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role within housing or construction.
• Understanding of energy-efficiency upgrades and PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 standards.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and handle complaints.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for residents throughout retrofitting projects.
• Conduct home visits and provide clear information about project details.
