Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer in Leamington Spa. The role involves working closely with site teams, residents, and clients on a Kitchen and Bathroom project. Candidates should have prior experience as an RLO, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. A driving licence is required. This position offers a pay of £19.05 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working on maintenance projects as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is essential – 6 to 12 months.
  • Must have a driving licence.

Responsibilities

  • Booking appointments and managing schedules.
  • Handling resident complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintaining property records and conducting validation and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Facilitating communication between all stakeholders for a seamless project experience.
  • Working proactively to minimize disruption to residents and establish positive relationships with all parties involved.
