  • Help deliver projects on time, budget, and to the highest quality.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and attend progress meetings.
  • Explain upcoming works to tenants and issue access notices.
  • Organise adjustments and keep the site team informed.
  • Maintain a clear complaint procedure and resolve disputes.
  • Attend community events and build strong relationships.
  • Report defects and identify trends to the Project Lead.
  • Ensure promises made to tenants are kept.
